1895 (18 Sept.) Urga - A red band cover from Urga to Peking, on reverse bearing Russian Arms internal rate 1k orange and 2k green
strip of 3, tied by the single ring 'URGA' cds type III (MIzuhara), and showing the red box 'Dun Fu Yu'.

This cover is from the same correspondence as lot 1508 in the Meiso Mizuhara Mongolia collection, Spink Jan 2011.
This cover bears a cancellation date that is three months earlier than the one recorded in Meiso Mizuhara collection. Hellrigl states
that 18 Nov. 1895 as the earliest date. This new discovery contradicts both Mizuhara and Hellrigl records.
